                 Lunch - Chicken Cesar salad

Tuesday - Breakfast - 3 eggs w/cheese, 2 pcs wheat bread
                 Snack - Cheese stick
                 Lunch - Chicken Cesar salad
                 Snack - Cheese stick

Wednesday - Breakfast - 3 eggs w/mushrooms, cheese, and onions on a wheat tortilla.
                      Dinner - Steak, grilled cauliflower and mushrooms and some steak sauce.


Ok, ok, so I'm not so good with keeping up with things...that's something I so need to work on...lol.
